What Causes Blurred Vision While Experiencing Dry Eyes?

I have been experiencing off and on blurred vision for years, but recently it has been much more frequent. I ve had my eyes looked at several times and they say it s just dry eyes. I put all the drops in that was recommended but it doesn t help. Now on top of that symptom my right eye keeps twitching. Like 50 times a day. Then the twitching shifts to a spot on the right side of my head. What could be causing all these symptoms?
