What Causes Blurred Vision While Suffering From Diabetes?

My eyes seem like they are tearing causing blurred vision, I m 71, type 2 diabetes, onset of cataracts, high blood pressure. My last vision test they said my vision hasn t change even though I could read the biggest line. If I squint it seems to help. During cold weather one eye looks like looking I to heavy fog. If I wipe my eyes with a tissue or dry cloth it helps temporary

As you mentioned you have cataract in both the eyes ,it is the reason for blurr vision.
Get refraction done and if you get satisfactory vision with spectacles and are able to manage your day to day activity then you can continue with correct power.
if not then advisable to undergo cataract surgery.
since you have diabetes and hypertension ;peroidic fundus examination is recommended
