What Causes Blurry Vision And Twitching In The Left Eye?

My vision seems to be very blurry today. I am a 59 year old black female. I do wear glasses. Not, my prescribed ones but reading glasses. I have not yet found anyone who can provide a working pair of prescribed glasses. I left eye is usually quite clear, vision wise, but over the past few days, I have noticed my left eye twitching a lot. Please advise.

Advise : get eye examination done check intra ocular pressure get glaucoma ruled out use prescribed glassed daily. Correct sleep deprivation if any. Increase electrolytes intake.
