What Causes Body Ache Along With Chills And Sore Throat?

I haven t felt 100% in about two weeks and it does not seem to be getting better. I have body aches, body feels very warm, but I still get chills. Sore throat comes and goes. Recently experiencing stomach ache that feels like something knotting up below ribs. Coughing up some stuff in mornings and some times coughing without relief for a whole hour. Can you help me?

Hi,

It is nothing but a simple viral fever.

As the first line of management, you can take analgesics, like Acetaminophen for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult a general practitioner and start on a short course of antibiotics.
