General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

For your whole body pain I suggest you to rule out anemia (low hemoglobin) and low calcium first. For that you can investigate with serum calcium, serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D estimation and CBC. If these reports normal then SGOT, SGPT, urea, creatinine estimation done to exclude any liver or kidney disease. This public forum service is free.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
