I know someone who is 27, male, visits Peru twice a year, and has started feeling unwell and it keeps getting worse. has a swollen eye body aches, headaches, swollen glands, fever, an irregular heart beat, failed a swallowing test, had an enlarged spleen, and has an elevated risk for cardiac arrest but no history of prior significant illness.
