Hi. Sorry to hear about the complaints of your daughter. In a young healthy female without any previous history such a high grade fever should not be ignored. What can be the possible options include.
1.
Respiratory tract infection. It is one of the most common illness specially during changing weather. If there is also history of cough or throat problem, this is highly likely.
2.
Urinary tract infection. Keeping in view the female gender a urinary tract infection can also be considered. If there is any history of pain in flanks or burning urination , that may augment the suspician.
3.
Enteric fever. aka typhoid can also be possibility. There may or may not be abdominal symptoms (both
diarrhea and
constipation). It can be confirmed by appropriate investigations like typhidot, blood/stool culture or widal.
In the above all possibilities , a short course of appropriate antibiotics with
antipyretic agents will be required.
4.
Malaria. It would be most likely possibility if you belong to asian or african backgroud and there is no obvious cause of fever. Fever in this case may be with shivering and chills. In this case, a short course of antimalarial therapy with antipyretics is needed.
Hoping these lines might help you understand what is basically wrong.
So my advice at the moment is to visit a general practitioner near you and and get your daughter examined and evaluated thoroughly to explore the cause of fever and then managed accordingly.
Wishing you and your family the best of health.
Regards.
