What Causes Body Ache And Joint Pain Upon Waking Up?

I feel body ache and joint ache upon waking up in the morning and it goes away as long as I m walking and moving around I also noticed that I have some petechial rahes on my lower extremities after I finished t aking my Zithromax because I had a bad stigh in my right eye and it was swollen so I aso took prednisone for 4 days ,my rashes is now going away,although I still feel tired and some body ache and pain upon waking up but not as bad as before=what could this be from

Hello,

You should note that steroid for a period of 4 days does not make a major difference. Your problem may be related to azithromycin. Take any over the counter antioxidant multivitamin combination.
