General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The fact that the body pains are so spread and for a long time a diagnosis of fibromyalgia or depression can be considered.
Seeing your doctor and taking SSRI or amitryptiline is recommended and close follow up. Also having some counseling is found helpful. A healthy lifestyle with healthy diet and exercising regularly, avoiding alcohol and smoking is recommended.

I hope I have answered to your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards,

Antoneta Zotaj
