What Causes Body Ache And Recurrent Fever?

I have been in bed with chills, aches, pain all over, fever constantly comes back after alternating tylenol and advil every four hours. My mom is a nurse so said it was ok. Last Friday I started feeling bad, by the next morning I was experiencing all these symptoms. My fever stays between 99-100. So, I don t think it s an infection. I can t keep laying in bed and feeling like this. I have rheumatoid and psoriadic arthritis, plus spinal stenosis. I have to get better or my joints won t move when I do. I ve drank fluids, rested, chicken broth, etc. Should I go to the E.R. and could they do anything at this point? I don t want to get any there sick. Thanks, Jess

4. Blood culture.
5. Test for malarial parasite.
6. Urine routine examination.
7. Urine culture and sensitivity.
