Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I suddenly felt some pain in my body and then some shortness of breath. The pain moved to my left side and then to my back and left shoulder blade. My speech slowed down a little. I could feel my heartbeat pulsing in my neck and then in my right arm. I started coughing for about 20 minutes. My head feels a little light but I am not dizzy. There is still some discomfort in my shoulder blade and the left the side of my neck. There is also a slight pain in the middle of my chest. It feels like my lungs are irritated.
It may be due any pulmonary or cardiac issue. Kindly do complete hemogram, chest X-ray, ECG to rule out any pathology after physician opinion. In case of breathlessness, kindly consult to ER to check out vitals like pulse, blood pressure and oxygen saturation. for body ache you can take tablet Tylenol.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
