What Causes Body Ache, Fatigue And Swollen Lymph Nodes?
On Monday, I had very bad body aches, fatigus and swollen lymph nodes that caused a stiff neck. Got a bit better on Tuesday morning until 11 am, then started all over again until now. Body aches are gone, but my lymph nodes are still swollen. No running nose. And about a week ago I got a sty on my eye. Is this the flu?

Hi,
It seems to be a viral infection that leads to lymph node enlargement.
However, you need to investigate with CBC for primary work up.
You can be prescribed an antibiotic course for a week.
If enlarged node not resolved than FNAC can be done to rule out nature of the lesion.
