What Causes Body Aches, Higher Heart Rate And Anxiety?

Hi I m 19 and I m having bad body aches, I m hot, chills, my heart beat is 102 i counted 60 seconds I don t have a fever I took a home thermometer it s normal. My chest feels like a sick feeling inside. I ve been taking Motrin it goes away when I take it but it comes back when I need to take more. What could it be? I have bad anxiety so it s making my symptoms worse

you can gofor recording of temperature 6 hourly exclude uti manage your anxiety yoga and meditation may helpyou.. anxiety is your main problem. take counseling from clinical psychologist.
