What Causes Body Chills Along With Fatigue And Stomach Upset?
My boyfriend has been sick and in bed for almost a week. He is 54 yrs old and has always been in tip top health. It started with chills and fatigue. He still is fatigue. He has been saying his stomach is upset and in knots. At first k thought it was acid reflex cause he had sour burps the other day. He said he had heartburn a few times. Yesterday (day 5) he was taking a shower and called for me to come in there and he showed me this swallen lump or mass on his lower left side of his chest. He said it didn t hurt him. Today he says it tender to the touch and his stomach is in knots. He has ate and held down fluids with occasional volmitimg and number 2. He had never laid in bed being sick for this many days. This isn t him and the swallen mass or lump really concerns me.... Can u help me with this

The lump in the chestis not related to the stomach
This swelljbv has many causes
1. Abscess since its painful on touch.
2. Lipoma thusis mostly pain less but mild pain may be present.
Treatment Will depend on the diagnosis
if abscess antibiotic or incision and drainage will do
Lipoma surgical removal and histology will sort the diagnosis
For the stomach this sound like hyperacididy
or food poisoning
Investigation
1 H. pylori if positive give tripple theraphy or ISO NOT
2. Full Haemogram
3 stool to rule out food poisonjbg
consult gastrenterologust
