General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I have read your query carefully and at this moment I would like to advise you to visit the ER. As his blood sugar levels are not very alarming but are not normal also. Along with that you mentioned he has chills l, I wonder if you have checked he has a fever or not and if yes, keep a record of it from now onwards.

You mentioned he has COPD (any trouble in normal breathing at present?) and he is vomiting as well. If he is continuously vomiting then that will cause dehydration and ER is the best place for him so that things can be brought under control immediately. So my advice to you is take him to ER asap because of that's the best place to monitor him currently.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Manisha Auradkar,
