What Causes Body Itching And Fatigue While On Prednisone?

I have recently been tapering the use of prednisone 10 mg. I am now down to 2 1/2 mg. Every other day. I have been on 10 mg. For at least 3 years. Now I am suffering itchy skin at night and am very very tired. Might this be because of eliminating the Prednisone?

Hi yes it is because of reducing dose of Prednisone. Take Fexofenadine 120 if itching bothers too much.--regards
