What Causes Body Odor After Gall Bladder Removal Surgery?

Hi, I just had my gallbladder removed 5 days ago and now my body is emitting a weird stinky smell, it smells a little rotten and a little like infection, but none of my surgery sites look infected, but the smell like the smell coming from my body, but my other thing is it is in my sweat as well. Is this common?

I 've never heard of such difficulties after gallbladder surgery. It may only be caused by wound infections which may have such odour but it would manifest with redness and pus secretion in this case.
