What Causes Body Pain And Fatigue At Night When Treating Cervical Dystonia?

Oh if only!!!! For starters I have been dg with cervical dystonia. I was dg about 2 years ago. I have a lot of pain with that I get botox injections every 12 weeks. my problem now is I have extreme body aches, at night esp in my arms and feet. I experience extreme fatigue and total lack of energy. I also suffer from insomnia. I am a mess any suggestions
