What Causes Body Pain And Flu Like Symptoms With History Of Fibromyalgia?
Does FM CAUSE YOU TO ACHE AND FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE THE FLU ? THERE ARE DAYS I JUST DO NOT FEEL LIKE DOING OR GOING ANY PLACE. CAN NOT SHOP FOR ENJOYMENT ANY MORE. I HAVE BEEN DISGNOSED WITH FM AND DO TAKE CYMBALTA 60 mg DAILY, BUT STILL FEEL LOUSEY MANY DAYS. WAS ALWAYS ACTIVE BUT NOW VERY INACTIVE. HAVING TO HAVE SOMEONE CLEAN MY HOUSE. JUST SEEKING ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
fibromyalgia may cause widespread pain. Some patients may describe it like the flu, others may report more localized complaints. Depression may accompany fibromyalgia and may cause reduced drive for various activities, sleep disturbances, feeling lousy, etc.
If your current treatment plan has not been successful then you should talk about it with the treating doctor. Drugs like Cymbalta may need some time to show their effects. Your doctor should reassess your situation and suggest treatment changes.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
