What Causes Body Pain And Nausea After Taking An Infusion Of Reclast?

My wife received an infusion of Replast yesterday. She is having severe, flu-like aching all over her body, nausea, back pain, tingling in her fingers, and fever. She has taken Tylenol, that lowered her temperature, but she still has the all-over aching and back pain. What, if anything, should we do?

I think she can better use advil for aches and pains.
