What I feel is you should get your blood
glucose levels checked and also your
thyroid levels. as due to the changes in the blood glucose levels usually, people feel more tired and hungry.
Also get your blood pressure checked, because feeling tired so easily for a short distance isn't acceptable to anyone.
I feel once you check all this you will be able to figure out what's happening within the body. also, getting physician advice for
multivitamin medication along with vitamin D should give you some form of relief from the symptoms.
Kindly indulge yourself in regular physical exercise like - breathing exercises and kind of
aerobics for short minutes. Later you can take it to longer minutes.
