What Causes Body Pain, Fatigue, Sleepy And Shaking Hands After Flu Shot?

I had a flu shot around 9/15/14, on 10/10/14 I started having spasms, fatigue, shaking of the hands, very sleepy, I also have SLE on remission, no medications for the last 20 years. Lasta ANA was negative about 6 weeks ago. Was diagnosed with MG my my neurologist after blood test Acetylcholine Binding showed 1.33. All other blood tests were negative including an EMG. Any advise?

Hello.

Thanks for the query

It is usually a local reaction which causes body pain and fatigue. I usually treat my patients with Tab Paracetamol. It gives good relief.
