What Causes Body Pain In People With Gastric Pain ?

I dont y but from past 2 days my upper body part is paining like anything... i never had anything like this before i took flexon tablet and it got fade away but it come back after certain duration, what to do in this case to whom i should consult this i mean which doc like neurologist or some else, I also having gastric problem.

You are having pain in the upper part of body , but which part?
If pain is in the center of chest i.e. sternum pain or behind sternum ,means pain in the esophagus ( as you mentioned that you are also having gastric pain ) so pain in the esophagus and gastric pain may be due to these reasons.
1 Hyper acidity or gastritis or esophagitis. Overeating , spicy or greasy , fried foods may be the main reason of such pain. Take some antacid but if pain is severe , then you may need drugs like pantaloc- D .
2 Tension or anxiety may be the another reason of such pain.
You didn't mention the site of pain , so in my opinion consult a PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN and get his opinion.
