What Causes Body Rashes Along With Pain In The Armpits And Upper Back?
My 12 yr old daughter was recently on a trip with her dad and had a major outbreak of hives. At the ER she was given prednisone. It helped a bit, but then they came back that night with a vengeance. eR visit number 2 yielded no new info. Even with blood work. Benadryl helped but now she is home and has aches and pains in her armpits, sides (ribs), upper back, shoulders and hips. What is going on?

I think it must be an insect bite of some sort as they are common while on trips. Steroids will help along with antihistaminics she should be okay in a few days.
