What Causes Body Tremors And Fainting Sensation Despite Normal EKG And Blood Work?

Hi. Do you know what could be a cause of body shaking/tremors? When I was younger I used to faint when I got too hot, whether after a hot bath/shower or after walking too fast or simply dressed in too thick of clothes. I haven’t fainted in 7 years but still sometimes get the feeling that I’m about to - simply sitting down usually helps. I’ve had gotten EKG done and they said my heart was good. And all bloodwork’s always come back good as well. Yesterday I took a hot bath and when I got out my whole body was shaking so much that you could notice just looking at me. Usually I don’t even notice that I’m shaking, maybe just my hands, but people around me do notice and are slightly concerned. My doctor seems to think that I have shaky arms because of stress but I don’t think it’s the case as I’ve used anti stress medicine for months and still was shaky. Although if I do get stressed about something the shakiness does become stronger.
