Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may be suffering from essential tremor which may be recovered with Propranolol.
Other possibilities like Parkinsonism, Wilson's disease, rheumatic fever or metabolic encephalopathy or anxiety or panic attacks, excessive intake of caffeine and alcohol or alcohol withdrawal etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. I think vit may be due to anxiety neurosis, need to do regular exercise and yoga. Avoid spicy food and alcohol, avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
