What Causes Body Tremors, Blurred Vision And Nausea?

I switched shifts at work recently and about a month after I started getting whole body shakiness which leaves me fatigued. Sometimes I have blurred vision or nausea with it. My whole eating routine has changed since switching shifts. Also there is a history of diabetes in my family

1. Since there is history of diabetes in family thus check with your blood sugar (both fasting & PP for Diabetes) since they can also cause the above said symptoms.

2. Working in shifts or change from daily routine can also result in fatigue which will take time till the body gets itself adapted to new routine.

3. If no relief, examine and investigate for common causes:
. Auscultate heart for valve lesions
. Hb% for anemia
. X-ray chest for TB
. Thyroid Profile.

4. Regular exercise + walking in fresh air
. Regularise working hours and Regularise Sleep for 7-8 hours
. Multivitamin and a General Tonic.
