What Causes Boil Like Bumps All Over The Body?

About a month ago I went to the er due to boil like bumps all over my body. One specifically on my leg prevented me from being able to walk at all. I was honest with my doctor and told him I had been using Meth; so he told ME it was a meth rash. I have been completely clean for 56 days and taking very good care of my body but the scarring is so bad in terms of pigmentation. Additionally some of the bumps are not going down to just the scar stage but also are not able to be popped. Is there anything I can do to fix the health and appearance of my skin?

Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

The scars will take time to lighten and hyper-pigmentation may be not disappear completely. I suggest you to consult a dermatologist for laser treatment to lighten the pigmentation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
