what is reason for having boils on bums? There are also small reddish grains with white tips appearing at different parts of body. Its my son who is having these indications for almost 2 months now. we have given him treatment as -- wash with potassium permagmnate applying hhfudic ointment and Nizral ointment twice a day Tab Allegra - once a day. the bigger wound is much better now but small grains keep appearing now and then. Please provide your opinion.
