Hi.. I m getting boils all over my body.. over the hips, buttocks region & even on the calf area.. I have got married recently. Never had this problem before marriage. I was on antibiotics for about 3 weeks now. Every time I stop the dosage , I get the boils appearing again. Please advice.

Hi, Thanks for the query. I understand your concern. Boils all over body .. not controlled by long course of antibiotics could be- - The causative bacteria are resistant to the antibiotics used. Examination & culture of exudate from boils needs to be done, - The spread is through blood stream.. blood infection needs to be known by investigations like culture blood - Diseases like diabetes need to be controlled along with specific antibiotic Consult a dermatologist with specialization in skin infections/ an internist for proper diagnosis & specific treatment Thanks
