Hello,

What I understand by your history there is vitamin D deficiency and due to this, you are having pain in ribs. Doing regular breathing exercises, exposure to sun and taking vitamin D3 supplements should be helpful.

This is not a major issue so do not get panic. Most of the people in today's time have vitamin D deficiency.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
