What Causes Bowel Incontinence And Diarrhea?

I have been experiencing symptoms like, uncontrolled bowels it has happened 3 times in the past 2 months, its always very loose. but I don t even realize it until I go to restroom and its in my underwear. Also I have trouble urinating at times. then other times I barely make it to the bathroom. My vision has really gotten so bad quickly.
