Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi Dr Andrew I go to toilet to empty my bowel after every meal. That is once each after breakfast, lunch, and diner and possible go four times if I had snacks in between meal. Other people I know say they go to toilet either once every two days or at most once a day. I am 62 years old, 5 4 tall and weigh 64 kg. I suspect that this may be responsible for my skinny looks. I will like to reduce the toileting to just once a day. What shall I do?
