What Causes Bowel Movement During Urination?

Hello, for a while now I notice there is a difference in when I go to use the bathroom. I notice I will urinate then have a bowel movement and then pee again but just a little bit or I will have a bowel movement and pee just a little after. I am not sexually active at the moment about a year now and I have no signs of STI can you please tell me what might be wrong ???

Thanks for posting the question.
The symptoms which you are saying are absolutely normal. See, the pressure you exert to urinate and defecate are different. The pressure for urinate is less and for defecate is more. So, the pressure you exert for defecation can also result in urination. Initially you would have emptied the bladder, and in the process of you defecating, the bladder might have filled up. So, that's the residual urine you pass at the end.
