What Causes Brain Arachnoid Cysts Around The Left Temple?

I have a brain arachnoid cyst around the left temple. This was caused by a IED explosion in 2007 Afghanistan. My doctor is considering have it cut out as I suffer severe headaches. The cyst is 4.5cm x 4 cm big and is still growing. Are there any risks to my health if I have it removed.

The arachanoid cyst needs to be surgically removed. Removal of cyst will relieve headaches. The surgery will not pose any risk to your health.
