hi my name is emily. i thankfully do not hav cancer but someone very dear to me did. she first was diagnosed with breast cancer and 5 years after being cleared she developed bone cancer which she later died from. i hav desided to find out as much as i can about breast cancer and bone cancer and why they connect can you help me in anywayy??

Through hematogenous spread, breast cancer involve distal organs like lung, liver, bones, brain etc. These are known as metastasis. So bone metastases are common in breast cancer patients. So your relative might be having metastatic bone cancer from primary breast cancer.
