Hi,

Breast leakage during pregnancy is a normal occurrence as your body prepares for breastfeeding. Your body starts to produce colostrum, which is a thick, yellowish fluid that is the first milk your baby will receive. It is common for this to happen during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy.

The stomach pressure you are experiencing could be due to the growing size of your baby and uterus putting pressure on your abdominal muscles and organs. This pressure can cause discomfort, especially when standing or walking for long periods. It is important to take frequent breaks, rest, and avoid strenuous activity to help alleviate this discomfort.

Preeclampsia is a serious pregnancy complication that can develop in the second or third trimester, characterized by high blood pressure and signs of damage to other organ systems, such as the kidneys or liver. Symptoms of preeclampsia may include swelling, headaches, visual changes, and abdominal pain. It is important to continue working closely with your healthcare provider to monitor and manage any potential complications, including preeclampsia.

Given your history of diabetes type 2 and asthma, it is important to maintain good control of these conditions during pregnancy. It is also important to follow your healthcare provider's recommendations for managing your pregnancy and any associated complications.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
