What Causes Breast Swelling And Leaking Breast Post Hysterectomy?

my friend is 36 years old and she had a hysterectomy on February 16th 2012 and she is having some breast swelling and she is producing breast milk the doctors are jerking her around with no answers taking blood but not giving her any answers or ways to resolve this issue I need help getting her an answer
