What Causes Breast Tenderness Along With Soreness And Pain In Nipples?

what does it mean when your boobs are really sore and your nipples are very tender and they are burning and some throbbing and my nipples have a dry spot on it too? its very painful and also sends a pain towards my shoulder now too that i just cannot stand and the pain just makes me wanna cry it hurts so bad

Hi thanks for asking question.

You are having mostly acute mastitis.

Pain is throbbing so could have abscess formation.

Try using antibiotic for 3 to 5 days.Analgesic taken for pain relief.

Meanwhile if it is not resolving then abscess drained by incision and drainage.

Antibiotic needed for minimum 7 to 10 days.

If mass palpable and not resolving FNAC is simple procedure that can be done to differentiate acute suppurative condition from tumour.
Then if suspicion is there in FNAC biopsy can be taken.
