What Causes Breast Tenderness And Abdominal Discomfort?
My last menses started on d 15th of dec n lasted for 5 days. NOW am having breast tenderness n some abdominal discomfort. could dis be an impending mensrual sign as my next calculated menses is on d 8th of jan or pregnancy sign? I had unprotected sex. Secondly i don,t know whether i ovulate or not cos i see no signs of ovulation. what do i do? Tnk u

Brief..it could be premenstural syndrome
Detailed answer...Since pre menses there is surge in sexual hormones which can cause sometime breast tenderness and abdominal discomfort.
To be sure that it is not pregnancy,get urine test done at home to check out for confirmation.Also nowadays ovulation test can be done at home at the mid of cycle.and also at the mid of cycle when vaginal secretion gets sticky and like egg white ,it is sign of ovulation.
