What Causes Breast Tenderness And Vaginal Spotting After Mirena Removal?
I had my mirena removed on January 6th. January 4th I had unprotected sex however I was bleeding that entire week before removal. Now a few weeks after removal my breasts are tender. Do you think I could be pregnant? When it was removed I bled a decent amount for 3 days, then spotted for 3 and now nothing.

1. Are you near the dates of your menstrual cycle? That could cause your breast tenderness
2. After Mirena placement or removal , every woman should have a check at the gyn about one week later
3. A pelvic echography woul help.
