What Causes Breast Tenderness,abdominal Cramps And Constipation In A Anemic Patient?

Hello.I just had my period a week ago, beginning on August 25th and it went off on Monday, September 1st. I m not sure why this is happening! I ve been diagnosed with anemia recently and have been taking iron pills. My breasts are tender, I have light cramps in my abdomen, I ve been constipated and have a hemorrhoid on the outer part of my anus. I don t know if these have anything to do with why this is happening but I am scared out of my mind! I looked online and learned that this could be happening for many reasons but I m not sure.

I understand your concern.
Constipation is one of the side effects noted with consumption of iron capsules. You need to eat fibre rich diet, drink good quantities of fluid and use laxatives to overcome the problem.
Regarding hemorrhoids, which is caused as a result of constipation can be overcome by undergoing cryosurgery.
Abdominal pain and breast tenderness is mostly due to your menstrual problems. Kindly get yourself clinically examined by Gynecologist so that if any abnormality is detected, it could be treated appropriately.
Relax and be calm as these things can easily be taken care of.
