What Causes Breath Sounds,breathlessness And Weight Gain?
i am 35 yrs old, I had a whisling sound in my breath last 8 yrs back I took some homeopathy medicine then it got normal . now I don t have the sound I feel breathlessness ofen when I walk or work last from four months .I gained my height 8 kgs from last 6 months is this a reason or I should go a medical check up.what is the solution

You are experiencing breathlessness, whistling sound in your breath and have gained weight. Wheezing that you are experiencing commonly occurs due to lung issues like chronic bronchitis, emphysema, pneumonia, bronchitis, cystic fibrosis, COPD, etc. Symptoms of heart failure can also cause wheezing. Allergens, asthma or lung cancer can also cause similar symptoms.
Maintain heathy weight. Get lipid function tests, stress tests done to detect any developing coronary artery disease. Get clinically examined by a GP, get all required blood tests, swab and sputum tests, imaging tests done so that the pathology causing you symptoms may be detected and treatment started at the earliest. Stay away from addictions if any like smoking, drugs, alcohol, etc.
