What Causes Breathing Difficulties, Dysphagia With Symptoms Of Trying To Vomit?

Hi my 14 month old daughter was fine when I put her in bed, and suddenly she has difficulty breathing what could be the problem, she is crying and struggling to vomit, is something stuck in her throat? Its 2am here I am thinking of rushing to the hospital. is there anything I can do before I do that? Thanks

Yes, rush to the hospital she probably had aspirated something, urgent chest x-ray need plus baby need oxygen support, further, will be managed accordingly.
