What Causes Breathing Difficulties While Exercising In The Cold?
Hi, so when I exercise in the cold, I experience breathing difficulties. My chest feels tight and I take short quick breaths. I also have a tickly chest and I cough lots. I have even experienced a few chest pains before. My mum said I was just probably unfit but I think it might be something else.

extreme cold can cause bronchi constriction which causes breathing difficulties. please wear a warm vest before exercising in cold.
in case the problem persists then please get a chest xray pa view. and report
