What Causes Breathing Difficulty After Accidental Inhalation Of Insect Repellent?
hi, i spray fly killer three days ago and then entered the room and inhaled it. now my throat is very sore and i cant even eat anything. i am having difficulty breathing. shall i go and see my gp for it because since last one week i had tonsils problem too but my throat was not sore just an infected tonsil.
Your symptoms seem to be related to an allergic response to insect repellent. I suggest to sue antihistamines such as Cetirizine 10 mg daily. I also suggest to avoid the contact with the allergen. If you feel breathing difficulties, I suggest to go at the emergency room for further evaluation.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi General & Family Physician
