What Causes Breathing Difficulty After Being Hit Below The Sternum?

daughter got hit just below sternum playing basketball tonite. another player hit her with an undermined body part. has some issues with deep breath. less active now with the coughing. has had two 200 mg ibuprofen 90 min ago. had some issues breathing at first. no noticeable bruising or swelling. eating only slight pain drinking a little more. arm movement up causes slight pain

Nothing much to worry and you will improve soon.

As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like Aceclofenac/Serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.
