What Causes Breathing Difficulty Along With Headaches And Dizziness?

I have problems breathing, have headaches all the time, smoked for 35yrs but quit 10 yrs ago with the help of Chantex. I am 59 & had a quad bipass 11yrs ago. I get dizzy at work when I bend over to pick up something. I’ve had chest x-rays with no sighs of smoking at all.when I stretch sometimes I get severe pain in my back around my lungs. I am short of breath all the time. Your thoughts please...I also have numbness in my hands & feat

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There are two main systems, which can cause shortness of breath:
One is pulmonary, to rule out the pathology, CT thorax and PFT should be done.
Second one is cardiovascular system, for which ECG, 2d echo should be done.
