Hello,
Thank you for your query.
Am sorry that you are going through this.

Your symptoms indicate a kidney stone that may be causing obstruction of urine and may be associated with an infection.
I would also like to rule out ulcers in the stomach or intestine?

*where exactly is the pain? Near your ribs or near your hips?
* do you have heart burn, vomiting, diarrhea or constipation?
*is your stool black or dark green?
*does it hurt to urinate?
*is the pain on one side only?
*do you have a fever?
*any history of kidney stone?

I recommend :
-an ER visit as the pain is excruciating
-an ultrasound or CT abdomen
- urine analysis
-blood tests (complete blood count, kidney and liver function tests)
-pain killers
-proper Hydration

Based on the above, we could initiate a treatment plan.
Hope this helps.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
Wish you good health an hope you feel better soon
