What Causes Breathing Difficulty And Body Weakness On The Left Side?

I have been sick now for years. I have been telling every doctor I have been to that I cannot breath well and I have weakness in my left side. Well I got my records released to me from my last stay at the emergency room from two months ago,and apparently I have tachycardia and sinus tachycardia and I latterly feel like I m going to die from the pain and weakness. I can t go to the hospitals around me because I went and they said I was fine. I have an app.next month with a cardiologist in another state but I m very worried that something is going to happen to me in the meantime.
